7.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 10. and with due observance of the provisions of this article, Albers Trading guarantees that the Products delivered by it have the properties required for the agreed use for 24 months after delivery as referred to in Article 7 paragraph 3. This guarantee only applies to defects that are not observable at the time of delivery to the delivered Product, of which the Customer proves that they occurred exclusively or predominantly as a direct consequence of construction or material faults Minor, commercially or technically unavoidable deviations and differences in quality, color, size or finish are no shortcomings.
