Delivery times
The following only applies to items purchased via www.salora.nl
We will ship your product within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. You will automatically receive two e-mails. One when the payment has been completed and one when your order has been shipped.
Small packages
We send small packages to you by letter or letterbox package. These will be delivered to you within one to two working days (in the letterbox).
Large packages
Large packages that do not fit in the letterbox are sent as a postal package. These will be delivered to you by PostNL within one to two working days.
Great household appliances
When purchasing a large household appliance, you can indicate on our site when you want the product to be delivered. You will also find various other options with regard to the delivery of your purchase.
Not at home
If you are not at home on the first delivery attempt of a package, you will receive a message from the delivery person with a non-home code on it. With this code you can indicate the same day until 10 p.m. where you want your package delivered the second time.
Multiple articles at the same time
If you order multiple items at once, we will have everything delivered to you at the same time if possible. In that case, the delivery time of the entire order is equal to that of the item with the longest delivery time.
PostNL delay?

In exceptional cases, PostNL does not deliver within 24 hours, but takes a few days to deliver an order.
